• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice

• Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit
• We ensure all precious metals and gemstones meet industry purity standards

4. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed
• We accept payments via Paystack (cards, bank transfer, USSD)
• Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if not yet processed
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Free shipping on orders over ₦50,000 within Lagos
• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days within Nigeria
• Express delivery: 1–2 business days (additional charges apply)
• International shipping available to select countries
• All shipments are insured and require signature on delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

• 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached
• Custom and personalized items are non-returnable
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receipt of returned item
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

7. Intellectual Property

All content on shollyblings.com — including text, images, logos, designs, and software — is the property of Shollyblings and protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. AI Concierge

Our AI-powered concierge provides product recommendations and customer support. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses are for informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice. Final purchase decisions and product specifications should be confirmed with our team.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shollyblings shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or products, except as required by Nigerian consumer protection law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
