30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love every piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in original packaging including boxes, pouches, and certificates
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (engraved, custom-designed pieces)
  • Resized rings or altered items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards

How to Return

Initiate Return

Log into your account, go to Order History, and click "Request Return" on the item. Alternatively, contact us via WhatsApp or email.

Pack & Ship

Carefully package the item in its original packaging. We'll provide a return shipping label for defective items. Otherwise, return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? We offer free exchanges within Nigeria. Simply initiate a return and specify the exchange item. If the new item is a different price, we'll charge or refund the difference.

Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or full refund immediately.
